At “La Torreta d’Olius” we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and that, sometimes, it is necessary to cancel or modify a reservation. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

1. Free cancellation

• Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival : You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellations less than 15 days in advance : In this case, no amount will be refunded but the deposit will be kept so that you can come another weekend during the current year. It will expire at the end of the current year.

2. No presentations

In case of no-show on the day of arrival without prior notification, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

3. Date changes

You can request a change of dates up to 15 days before arrival, always subject to availability.
If the change of dates affects a season with a different rate, the corresponding price difference will be applied.

4. Refunds

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for booking and may take 10-15 business days to process.
