The Estate

La Torreta, dating back to the year 900, is a fortified farmhouse with a rectangular floor plan (according to some documents, it may have been the ancient Castle of Olius) featuring two interior towers and their respective extensions. It covers approximately 300 m², with a kitchen-dining area, two living rooms with a fireplace, and 6 suite-style bedrooms with private bathrooms and various surprises. La Torreta is located next to the Masia El Molí dels Cups (an ancient flour mill dating back to the year 1000), embracing the Cardener River and adjacent to the Historical and Monumental Site of Sant Esteve d’Olius: The Romanesque Church and Crypt The Modernist Cemetery (designed by Bernardí Martorell, a disciple of Gaudí), seamlessly integrated into nature. The farmhouse and the historical site are located just 8 minutes by car from Solsona (the capital of the Solsonès region).
